Turnkey Solutions (Seychelles) Limited was established in 2013 by the current owner and Managing Director – Wilson Nancy , as a civils and construction company in the Republic of Seychelles.

Turnkey Solutions has built a strong reputation for delivering quality services, on time, and at a competitive prices. We pride ourselves on being highly skilled and experienced in all aspects of civil construction and this, combined with our extensive knowledge of the Seychelles Island market, has established us as one of the major players in this industry in the Seychelles over a very short period.

Our commitment to innovation and excellence invariably results in successfully completed projects for both contractor and client. We understand and promote the idea of working as a partnership with our clients to ensure that their goals are met. At Turnkey we are never complacent and are passionate and driven to continue the high levels of customer satisfaction we have achieved over the past 5 years.

From humble beginnings five years ago, we now have a staff compliment of approx. 70 people. We undertake a variety of projects for a wide range of cliental – from small private developments to large Government projects. Our unique and flexible project management systems ensure that a positive outcome is achieved regardless of size or nature of the project.
